okay i see a lot of good ENBs out there. as my computer isn't the highest of quality; i would like to know a few recommendations for ENBs that don't take a lot to run and generally don't hurt my frame rate. so what do you suggest i try? I'm willing to try multiple ones.

You won't find one that doesn't have some kind of an impact on your FPS rate. I use RealVision ENB (and a heavily-tweaked setup at that) but only because my computer was built for stuff that requires a lot of lifting.

EDIT: Check out RealVision and view the system requirements. You didn't say what your specs are, so it's hard to suggest a particular one. The only one that I know anything about is RealVision.

Your specs should also include your video card.

As I can see it with the info you gave already, you're system is not powerful enough to be able to handle ENB's. Trying combining weather and lighting mods with Dynavision and the Imaginator instead. Dynavision will give you as good depth of field, while Imaginator will allow you to tweak how things look.

PureVision requires:

Intel Core I5 Quadcore >= 3 GHz or equivalent cpu

Nvidia 660 Ti 2GB or equivalent graphic card

and 8GB of Ram

RealVision requires:

Intel Core I5 Quadcore >= 3 GHz or equivalent cpu

Nvidia 670 2GB or equivalent graphic card

and 8GB of Ram

These two presets are focused on better performance using weather and lighting mods like Pure Weathers or Project Reality: Climates of Tamriel (respectively) to enhance the effects, so other ENB's will require even more powerful setups to run.

I think your setup is close. All you need to do is to make sure you can get 3 Ghz out of your cpu and upgrade your computer to hold 8GB of Ram, and as long you have a good enough graphics card, you'll be set.
