Error downloading files using premium member server

The Issue: When trying to download any of the files associated with this mod using the premium server Denver, USA, Premium Members Only the following error is given:

This file is currently in the process of being transferred over to the server. Please try again in an hour.

This error has been given for the past three days (that I know of).

 

Selecting the Kent Premium server works fine.

Selecting the Dallas or Seattle non-premium servers also works fine.

Selecting the Maidenhead, UK non-premium server tosses up repeating SQL errors.

I brought this very same subject up a couple of months back with no resolution. I've just been using the non-premium Seattle server for my downloads.

I've just encountered this error.

 

I tried to download this file from the Denver USA premium server (at 14:22 Central European Time):

Download from non-premium server works fine.

Try a different server. Denver has been having some problems lately.
