Malchik
I have been away from Balmora doing quests up around Dagon Fel for several (game) days. Arriving back most of the NPC's previously walking around the town, guards included, have jumped into the river Odai and can't get out. It hardly screws the game but it looks ludicrous. Is there anyway to get them out?
Baphomet
You could try using "RA" (no quotes) in the Console. That should reset the NPC's to their original locations. Does sound pretty hilarious... maybe it's unseasonably warm in Balmora??
ThetaOrionis01
I think the therapeutic benefits of water are finally being recognised in Balmora. What with the blight disease spreading, and corprus being the latest health scare, people are naturally more inclined to try the latest fad in preventative medicine.
DreamOfTheRood
The water in Balmora is very, very blue. Perhaps, they're using it as camouflage to evade those bad, bad Sixth House people.
Howlingoak
I have had that happen too, the npc's sometimes collide when crossing the bridges and fall in the water when they can't get by each other. If it's a problem go into the editor and put up some fences around the water. Howlingoak

The Eclipse
lol  maybe.... i also had that happen, its mostly the people in the robes and the guards it happens to.
Hizentaru
Yeah, I've seen this happen in Tel Mora. It's so easy to fall into the water in that city. The good thing about guards falling in the water is you can go around stealing and if you get a bounty on your head, the guards can't do a thing. Peregrine
Ugh, bad thread necromancy. If the last post was almost a month ago, don't revive it with "yes, me too."
Hizentaru
Sorry, I don't look at the date of the last post and I was simply giving a tip to thieves. And what the heck to you mean by necromancy?
