Straight from the NVSE page: "A new patch was released for Fallout New Vegas today (1.2.0.314). We are actively updating NVSE to work with the new version." So we just have to wait...oh well just bought fallout classic collection so ill go bury myself in nostalgia :P

Keeping an eye for the update here since this seems like the most active thread for it... mine started that error message today after the update as well. You can still play if you just use the original FalloutNV shortcut but some of your mods may act strange.

ooo how i wish i would read here on the nexus forum first before i deleted and reinstalled New Vegas when NVSE didnt work for me............ *SIGH*...................... time to reinstall my ALL my mods................ :(

I'm having a problem here. I got FO NV for Steam n installed NVSE correctly. But when I run NVSE or FO NV it says:

You have an unknown version of Fallout. Please check http://nvse.silverlock.org to make sure you're using the latest version of NVSE. (version = 000100020000013A)

I reinstalled NV but it didn't do anything and I also re-downloaded NVSE but it also didn't fix anything.

Please help I really like those mods that require NVSE.

Ok I guess you posted without reading through, NVSE is patching to teh new Fallout NV version, thus until patched by the team which develops NVSE you have to wait. Should be late tonight or tomorrow if we are lucky.

I don't know if anyone can help but I can't find anyone having the same problem I am. I just have the regular Steam version with no 4GB hack or anything, I have the Steam community in-game enabled but no matter what I do whenever I try to use NVSE it loads the game fine but once the game is running it's now unplayably slow. I'm talking 1-4 fps here  . I haven't even activated any mods that use NVSE yet as I wanted to enure it was working first but guess not. Any ideas?

Windows 7 64-Bit and I followed all the instructions to the letter. If I delete all the files related to NVSE the game runs fine again. Can't think of anything in my load order causing problems but maybe there is?

I'm having the same issue. your not the only one and it doesn't look like we have any mods in common except for the perk every level mod.

Does any one else have this issue or have any idea what might be causing it?

Yeah, I tested and traced the source of the fps issue right to Cass. Modded or unmodded, as long as I was in the same cell I would get the fps issue and it would continue until I exited and restarted. I posted it on the forum but got no response so I gave up. Then I noticed that two new characters later, running the same set of mods, the problem corrected itself. I ascribe it to a Bethesda issue, not a mod issue. I also have perk every level but that doesn't explain the randomness of this bug. It couldn't be that.
