New Vegas Mod Detectives

This is going to be a bit vague, but: I remember there was a mod that added the veteran ranger coat (Just the duster) that took up a body addon slot making so you're able to wear it on top of other armors. I'm sure there are plenty that include something like this and I was wondering if someone could put a link to one they know of.

If you can make a compromise and have the duster without sleeves, then I think that this has a couple of ranger coats that you can wear on top of other clothing.

A while back I could have sworn I saw a mod that improved the travelling merchants (and stronger bodyguards, better survivability) but I can't find it now... gone through every keyword I can think of. Any ideas? Thanks

That would be from one of DragBody's armor packs. Not sure which one though, sorry. I know he's got up to about 33 or so (?) so it doesn't narrow it down much, but there ya go.

There was a mod a while back that was a house mod near goodsprings that was an old Desert Ranger outpost. It had quite the back story in a terminal telling the story of a Ranger Squad. I remember part of the story being that they found power armor but BoS ambushed them and took it.

I've got a .44 revolver RETEX in my starting inventory. I'm sure a mod put it there. I've been slowly _painstakingly_ going through my load order trying to figure it out. I somehow lost my progress on the load order and have thrown my hands up. I must be missing something... any ideas as to what might be putting this powerful and very valuable gun in the starting inventory?
I know I'll probably have to go back through the _painstaking_ process of ticking them off one at a time, reloading, quitting, ticking, etc. But I'm hoping against hope that someone here will just be able to at a glance point and say "Oh, that mod there, of course." It's not fook, WME, or project nevada as far as I can tell.

Finally figured it out. It was "Ace in the hole," one of the ones I suspected least and checked last. :p

I'm currently looking for a mod that was made sometime ago by a female modder. It added A LOT of unique weapons I know that sounds vague but it was a huge mod.
