flamenx01
RWL definitely fixes the bizarre overlay thing, thanks. However, it made me realize another, very strange problem... the surroundings are just strangely dark, even at the brightest time of day and without any weather mods. Just to give you an idea of what I mean: http://imageshack.com/a/img909/201/zo41ox.pnghttp://imageshack.com/a/img540/9158/0b4Xuq.pnghttp://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img912/8375/DZiFJm.pnghttp://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img537/6819/h6P7GV.png Any idea how to fix this? That does seem weird. This may seem silly but perhaps check the brightness setting in the options/display menu. Another option is to disable all your mods and check if one of them is changing it (then enable them till you find the culprit).
flamenx01
So I saw a picture from fallout, it's a mod that allows you to harvest organs from NPCs. Specifically, the mod had a "Pluck Uterus" option. Anyone have any ideas where I can find either this mod, or something similar to it? I can't seem to link a picture without having the giant thing posted here. Not sure fully on your rules for pics here, so I'm holding off.You can use spoiler tags: Remove the "@" from the code below.[@spoiler]Spoiler Goes Here[@/spoiler] which hides it unless clicked on for example: http://i1058.photobucket.com/albums/t407/Flamenx01/ScreenShot75_zpsjjphlg0q.png I don't recognise the mod you mentioned and couldn't find it though :(
Deleted999565User
Actually, I think I found the solution: the guy who made the RWL mod for some reason deemed it appropriate to set the default weather as having a slight gray tint. Setting it to pure white fixed the problem, and I got further improvements with THE IMAGINATOR mod. :)

I will warn that there is some blood in one of these images. (I would have edited the picture to remove it, but it won't save to my computer properly for some reason. I apologize if it offends anyone.) It looks like the mod adds a book to the game. http://simg4.gelbooru.com//images/66/61/666120a3e53829814453711734624e31.jpeg?1255992Japanese text reads; In frotn of Dr. Mitchell's house, you can tell from the cover that it's crazy. Summary. Basically I'm lookign for this mod or a mod that allows the player character to remove organs. EDIT: I ended up finding it. It's called Uterus Eater. Kind of grisly and odd. But seeing the crazy stuff in Fallout, it kinda fits. Also deleted the pic with gore to be safe. Snaykei
From what I understand, the levels that enemies are depends on your level. Is there a mod that changes this and sets levels based on the difficulty of the area as opposed to the level of the player character?
Dimensionlord1
I've seen a mod somewhere that adds power armor to deathclaws for Fallout NV similar to the ones added to certain deathclaws in Fallout 3. Anyone know where the Fallout NV version is? Here's a pic of the Fallout 3 version to give you a basic idea of what it should look like.

johnnyclemens
Well, I'm not sure, that this kind of mod exist for NV, but as I know that it exist for Skyrim, I assume that a kind of may exist. In fact, I need to know if there is something with the functionality as Bathing Beauties has - www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11427The main is - the actions of the NPC inside of the location. As close to above as possible. Bath or pool desirable but not critical. Thank you!
