It's Bethesda themselves teasing it. Though they might go the Fallout 3 route and do concept art until E3. Not just show the trailer.

Bethesda actually acknowledging this on twitter does carry a bit more weight than the hoaxes I've seen before, ok you can consider me slightly excited about this now. I'll accept concept art at least it proves that it's real this time, I would love a newer engine and better creation kit/g.e.c.k to work with and better windows optimization I guess we'll see if that actually happens.

Hope it's Fallout 4, but no matter what it's definitely something Fallout related, Website, Twitter, and Twitch channel...now to wait until tomorrow and see -.-
