What ENB's out there that is more compatible with overhaul mods, etc. etc.

they are mostly all compatible with overhaul go to nexusmod and search mod by categories, select ENB PRESET and then look for the most download and you'll find something I currently use this enb below with climate of tamriel and weather patch and other "overhaul"

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18941/?

Gopher said it kills FPS

System Specs:

GTX 960m 4GB VRAM

i7-4720HQ

12GB RAM

I7 4770 3.8

16gb ram

gtx 770 4gb

I can run opethfeld enb at around 50 fps which is not that bad

I think you have more powerful specs than I am since I'm on a Mobile GPU.

yes most likely but almost every enb are performance heavy and will drain power I tested opethfeld, project enb, realvision, far off nirn, springtime enb and they all drain my power and kill fps down to 35-50 so yea you can either find a performance enb or just install climate of tamriel with weather patch and a few other overhaul and you'll have a decent looking game

Dunno why you recommended it.

you can achieve something decent looking without all these requierement.... I mean look at the grass in the video.. this amount of grass cost about 20-30 fps and more. You need to install lower texture res and no grass and make sure you find a extreme performance saver ENB or just don't use one at all unless 30 fps is ok with you there is nothing else you can do....

Tried the ENB, not only it makes the in-game environment looks plastic, it also overkill the FPS which it's not worth it, actually not worth it at all. Meeeh, trashed.

RealVision, Seasons of Skyrim and RealLike are the best so far that I've tested, FPS drops is very minimal, considering that I have a rather slow mobile GPU (GTX 960m) and running vanilla Skyrim is around 43 FPS outdoors, 60 FPS indoors but with ENB installed it drops to around 33-35 FPS outdoors, 45-55 FPS indoors (caves, taverns).

I've tried this ENB and used them to vanilla skyrim without other mods installed. So if I basically going to add more mods such as high quality texture, overhauls, etc. my FPS might drop to around 28-30 but I can then overclocked my GPU a bit and regain a few bit of FPS and I can live playing it with 30-35 FPS.
