Maddy21
Below is Witcher 3 recommended requirements ? and that game looks waay better than fallout 4 I didn't find that. In fact, i found the Witcher to be rather... Dragon Age Inquisition-y. I have GTX 430 with i3 processor and i can run Dragon age Inquisition on low and medium if i use lower resolution. This sounds like some kind of a deal to make gamers buy Graphics cards. Edited October 9, 2015 by Maddy21
ironbender800
the cpu requirements are waaay over exaggerated. im sure my 3570k at 4ghz will do just fine along with my 970. recommended GPU specs seem high too......970 is a top tier card still. Perraine
The graphics requirements aren't th issue, I'd almost guarantee that by release time, the "minimum" specs will be lowered or adjusted to show that you "can" run the game, but only at reduced graphics settings. No, the biggest issue is the 64bit OS that the OP is about. There are still many programs that only run on a 32 platform, and migrating to 64bit is a PITA, even if you can find 64bit executable for your software. This is a very bad move from Bugthesda if true. They will alienate a vast number of potential players because of it.
notmyhome
The consensus on Reddit's BuildAPC forum is that these requirements are extremely overblown. Don't start throwing money just yet.

I hope so, i really wish i could play this, i don't care if i have to play it on low without shadows. I will get a new card by Feb but i don't want to wait -_-

Boombro
While my gaming rig covers or goes over most of the specs with the exception of the video card, for that i have 2x 760GTX 4GB SLI, i still was like for real? when i saw the Recommended specs.I'm sure SLI will cover it. Boombro
Everyone, save up your money ( not that upgrading is bad.)The specs are high indeed, but it may that needed to run a high, stable f04.I would say for those with weaker systems to upgrade anyways if they wish for high setting and stable gameplay.
