Reinstall the game or search Steam and download from there. Common error with Steam.

I triet but same problem... i think is a windows problem, visuals c++ installers are not working properly, if someone can just upload this libScePad.dll file i will able to drop it in the game folder an see if it works, should be in C:/windows/system32

I think that is a steam supplied dll. But You may have better luck asking on Steam or the Bethsoft forums right now as over 90% of the Nexus users don;t have the game yet.

Bought F4 through Steam, and when I copied the Fallout4.exe from the Steam folder to my desktop as backup, and deleted the Fallout4.exe in the Steam folder, I get the same message.

"The program can't start because libScePad.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Reinstalled after this and doesn't fix my problem, showing just how s#*! Steam really is.

I can't run Fallout 4 at all, and I've been through hell and back trying hundreds of fixes. You name a fix, I tried it and it didn't work. (Yes, I have uptaded my f*#@ing AMD drivers to f*#@ing 15.11 you f*#@ing mongaloid stop asking me.)

If anyone can kindly upload the .dll file, I, and many more people who can't run the game, will be very thankful. :)
