Great work on the new Script Extender guys!

Just one question: Would it be possible to have it skip the launcher as well? I have some tinkering that requires I launch straight from the game's .exe, but it always just opens the launcher. If not, does anyone know of a way to do that?

Hum... Just execute Fallout4.exe, instead the Fallout4Launcher.exe?

Right?

Not quite. Steam needs Fallout4Launcher.exe to run the game, and the launcher HAS to have Fallout4.exe.

However, I did find a quick and really easy way to do it. Create a text file, and enter this in:

set SteamAppID=377160
Fallout4.exe

Save that as a .bat, and run it. That will skip the launcher, and you can name the Fallout4.exe to anything you want. Huzzah!

Basically it tricks Steam into thinking that the Fallout4.exe IS the launcher exe, so it just runs the game. Just used this method, but with Fallout 4's SteamID: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34935/?

Thx for the quick ba2 tool ^^

However the 0002 version seems to not work for me. (windows7 64)

It opens 3 instances of the process and nothing happens (Windows Explorer crashed one time, also)

Hmm -this is the first we have heard about that. Others have been succesful with it I believe. Can you try redownloading it and trying again? Also the v1 version is still available (but will likely mess up the normals of the textures) - you can try downloading that and see if it works better for you.

Sorry for the late answer, I just figured the issue:

Avast was running a silent sandbox, without warning, and locked the process...
