Oops! Well, it certainly can't handle the GPUs I just suggested. Laptop GPUs are different beasts and tend to be "integrated" in their own way. Only bigger laptops (usually aimed at gamers) have the ability to swap/upgrade your GPU. So I guess that's not an option for you. Sorry!

You really don't have a powerful enough PC for running all that.

Also, have you checked for overheating?

My system has:
Intel i7 2600K 3.40 GHz overclocked @3.8 GHz
Corsair Hydro H60 High Performance liquid cpu Cooler
8GB Corsair Vengeance PC3 2133MHz DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7970 3072MB
Corsair TX850 Modular High Current PSU
and a ton of big fans
Skyrim runs at about 45 to 55ºC, but if I start playing without setting my MSI Afterburner custom profile to increase fan speed by 1% per ºC, it hits 95ºC within minutes. If I continued, I'd get all sorts of problems and the game will either crash or Windows will shut down to prevent system damage. If I exit the game and start my fan profile, the fans are screaming for several minutes while they bring the temperature down. I know lap top components tend to be more impact and heat-stress tested than desktops, but they don't really have much space inside for cooling systems. So I'd get rid of some of those high load graphics mods if you can't fix the problem with the guides that have been suggested.

Before going through a re-install please check you have a working implementation of the memory patch. I struggled with the same areas you are mentioning and it didn't matter if I had certain mods enabled or disabled there were always areas where CTD was going to happen. The only thing that worked for me was to use SSME and memory blocks log to verify I had a working memory patch. I know it is implemented in the latest SKSE and it configurable in skse.ini but no matter what numbers I plugged in the skse.ini files nothing changed still CTD. I also am using Mod Organizer and it supposedly has an implementation of the memory patch. For me neither SKSE or MO were helping with CTDs I had to go and find SSME and then run through a couple test runs to make sure it was working. Once SSME was running everything was super stable. No CTD anywhere even sprinting and flying was back on the table. Best of Luck
