Did Bethesda hire a bunch of Bioware employees?

Follower romancing is in a lot of games (mainly JRPGs.) not just bioware, but I have to admit fo4 seems like:

Fallout of the mass effect.

With many of the new features, I still like the new follower system though.

Personally, I have no idea what to say about the npc likeness. Maybe whoever made her was playing dragon age and loved the npc so much it effected his work. No one noticed and it passed. That does happen.

Interesting. Based on game quality, I'm pretty sure everyone talented at Bioware "left" when it became BiowEAre. Maybe some of them made it to Bethesda. I've certainly noticed much better character interaction in FO4 than in previous Bethesda titles.

Yeah, the followers are good-great. It was a nice upgrade and one of best new features.

Maybe they haired new writers or one of the older ones is better with followers, only Beth and God knows.

There is the companion "romance"

The dialogue wheel

The companions likes and dislikes system

Then theres this

It could be argued that since Cait is a drug addict she looks more dirty, trashy and consumed while Piper looks good.

If they wanted to be somewhat realistic they should have given a new paint to Cait when you

finish her quest
