bethjunkie
Miserable Marcy and Jun Long have moped around Sanctuary long enough. I want to move them to a different settlement where they can start a new life and be a happy family once again (if they ever were, I guess).Endgame spoilers ahead: With RoboKid. Yeah, I hate that little twerp and the Railroad refused to leave him behind to be blown into scrap like the rest of the Institute. Why not take the three NPCs I hate the most and put them all together in an awful out of the way place where I never have to see them. It will be awesome! I could swear that I've seen console commands for allowing unmovable settlers like the Longs and Mama Murphy to be moved to a different settlement but can't find them anywhere now that I need them. Anyone know what they are?
Ethreon
I have no idea if this would work, but you could simply move them away using the setpos. Then quickly teleport to that place and assign them to a task.. other than that i don't see any commands.
Deleted2948850User
Click on them through the console or use prid [refID] (without the []) if you have their respective reference ID's, then when you're at the settlement you want to move them to use the moveto player command to teleport them to you. I'm not sure whether they'll stay there once teleported, but like Ethreon said, just assign them to something once teleported. Note, don't use their base ID's to spawn/teleport them, this will only give you clones of them.
bethjunkie
Thanks, I wouldn't have thought to assign them to something and it seems to have worked so far. Jun is tending crops and Marcy is so miserable she's trying to drown herself in the sea. Excellent! :D The commands I was originally searching for was something like bAllowSettlerMove and then something something Caravan. If I ever find that post again, I'll repost it here for future searches.
Ethreon
Well, as LONG as it works *wink wink*, doesn't matter how it was done.
Deleted2948850User
bAllowSettlerMove? Looks like an ini setting to me rather than a command.
bethjunkie
It could be a variable set through the console. Again, I just vaguely remember something in a reddit post. i read a LOT of posts in a day so I could be totally right or completely off the mark :)
