Some I felt I nailed, but others I could not decide. I came up with:Altmer - Mage, for pure magical pew-pew.Bosmer - Acrobat, for a sneaky archer/thief.Breton - Sorcerer, for conjuration and a little more defence without being a full-on Battlemage.Dunmer - Nightblade, for a magical assassin feel.Imperial - Battlemage or Knight, for the front-line soldier.Orc - Barbarian, for the berserker bringing down a two-handed weapon on your head.Redguard - Scout, for the swift-moving skirmisher.I could not come up with a class for Argonian or Khajiit. DoctorKaizeld Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Altmer - Mage/Sorcerer the high class a-holes that make up this race is almost entirely magic oriented as they view hand to hand combat as messy and uncivilized. Bosmer - Archer/Ranger/Rouge these cannibalistic guys are very good at range fighting but lack generally at hand to hand combat and magic. though for magic they are about as on par with the Imperials... so not very good but they can use it if they must. Breton - Battle Mage/War Mage/Monk/Priest these half elf half humans descend from the original species of mer the Aldmer they are generally viewed very similarly to High Elves (Altmer) in magic but are stuck up and are generally good warriors or people in general. Dunmer - Rouge/Assassin/Necromancer/Black Mage/Vampire These guys are kind jerks for the most part with a very snide attitude though unlike High Elves this lousy attitude towards non-Dunmer comes from their general lack of respect towards people who havent earned it... so they can be nice they just culturally arent at first glance. they often fall into the typical 'evil' roles even if they arent necessarily evil. Also they fill the close range rogue class where as the Bosmer fill the ranged version. Imperial - Knight/Paladin/Scout/Priest/classless These guys are the soldiers of tamriel and are actually the physically weakest and most frail of all of the other races directly under the Bosmer. they are also one of the most gad dang freakin stubborn of the races right behind the Altmer and Nords. in fact they also have the shortest life span (generally that of a real life human). they generally fill the military combat roles though it isnt unheard of for them to fill any role listed here for the other races as this is the all around average joe race. Orc - Beserker yeah these elves, yes they actually are elves, are the biggest and toughest of all the races followed closely by the Nords and if you need something broken they can break it for you. Redguard - Spell Sword/That One Black Guy/Knight These foreigners are essentially just a war like race that fills a lot of rolls but are pretty good at their two handed weapon skills... they also are kinda jerks, but at least they're honest and speak their minds. i know they have other classes but i dont remember them. Nord - Knight/Barbarian/Guard/Slayer/Shouters The Nord the strongest of the human races... and the tallest as they average 6' 4" and their kids are 5' 4" at age ten. these are very family oriented and very loyal to their friends. this is the one race you can actually trust to not stab you in the back, if they want you dead you will know and you will be armed. i dont know why the OP omitted this race from the list as they are the central race in Skyrim, but i digress. Khajiit - Theif/Assassin/Drug Dealers/Smugglers this is a very easy class to define as they are litterally described by their classes throughout the series. OP go to Whiterun and talk to some people about the caravans or even talk to the caravans themselves they will tell you these roles. though the Assassin role is a lower class for the race as they do standout but they can be effective and it sorta depends on where in tamriel you are. Argonian - Beast/Beast Rider/Swimmers This race is known for it's life of living in a marsh... i honestly dont knwo much else beyond that as so far they have take the back seat for most of the series. We are talking about races here, while some races may be better in some aspects, it hardly locked into that. For one, dunmer are good all around, but they also have the Telvn house and those are great mages, the races is known to also be thieves. Argonians have battlemages, shaman, vampires, shell-backs(tanks)and alchemists. The clans are also different. One called the bright throats are great smiths, another one make great poisons etcImperials have those norm melee classes but they also have archers and battlemages.
