cs crash on startup

as the title says i just cannot open the cs crashes on startup every time i have oblivion downloaded in c:\games and i have downloaded everything with administrative rights.

i get the following error:

ntdll.dll did something silly with memory.

 

Click on Start, and in the search box, type:

 

CMD

 

In the search results, right click on CMD.exe, and select Run As Admin.

 

A command window will pop up, at the prompt (>) type in:

 

SFC /scannnow

 

Let it run, see what it says.

what does this mean?

The latest version of the Construction Set is 1.2.404. Download and install it from this link.

not a problem striker but i have been digging around a while and i came across something interesting in the construction set ini
