Gore overhaul and armor smith will cause CTDs, scarp everything always been buggy and it better to turn it off as well.

The launcher does reset ini files, so use FO4SE and make sure you esps are on.

I turned off updates in bpm but it still updated it, and changed the option in bpm back to auto update. Started the game up and everything is running nice, no ctd, and i have amorsmith. I'm not up to date with armorsmith though when i looked, so now i'm wondering if i should not update that just yet hmmm

Wait until the mod is updated for the patch.

What wrong with patches? They the best thing ever!

Go offline and tinker fallout 4 in big picture mod. You can turn it off there.

Mine actually keeps reverting back to "keep this game up to date." Luckily during the week I'm almost always off line anyway, so I can wait and see how it affects others first.

I was getting a connection error. I could not load with NMM, the launcher, or directly from the .exe file. I tried all the stuff I saw in this thread and others then I went on steam and verified the game cache and voila its all working once again. It did reset all the game settings back to default but other than that it looks like everything is still there

My mods are fine and the game seems to run better for me overall but...

"Fixed an issue with Minutemen quests repeating improperly"

The first time this has happened to me was last night AFTER the patch was installed. So um, yeah. Kinda sucks. So if I go back to that settlement that was already cleared and settled will my game explode? Any way to delete journal quests?

I can attest that my game actually runs better, which is great. Hangmans Alley was brutal on ultra settings, i noted a huge spike up in FPS. ALl my mods seem to be working, except, ironically, my own, simply because my texture no longer loads (The item is pink). I am guess it has to do with how I saved the texture, though I am not sure what I did wrong.

I also have an odd issue with the new patch though... while the game itself is running fantastic, faster than ever... the main menu is all FUBAR'd. Lol. It lags incredibly bad, dropping as low as 15-20 FPS for no reason. No clue...

Erm. Nvm. It is my texture that is wonky. I don't know why, I tried saving it as a few different formats... worked fine before..

Anyone know what might be going on here? My texture just comes up pink now. I have tried using BC1 linear, BC1 sRGB (DX10+)m I tried BC7 Linear, ... everything I try isn't working right. The texture was working fine prior to the patch. I know custom content must be loading since it loads the models, just not this texture. Any advise or help would be great, really frustrating me.
