Crashing at satcom Nw-05a?

"Satcom NW5a" <---? does not appear correct, I need to know exactly where this data or TEXT came from. I have the GECK open to patch that environment and there is no such place listed by that name.

 

this has to be a mod.

Building all resourcesfor GOTY Steam game at this moment in time, I'll gather up missing assets too.

 

current build is for Right-hand Iron-sights packages Vanilla assets, then Ill gather up it's own and verify the data pulled into the cells.

 

Normally when entering a cell / interior cell and get a CTD, it's an object placed there by accident or deliberately miss-configured game.

 

Load order might be at fault, then It might not be. But objects placed into any world space and incorrectly written code will cause a "CTD".

 

Most of the time, it's an object introduced into the game not Vanilla in nature or one that is but no ref's are present...should not be there.

 

So I need to have correct references posted in order to locate those objects. I get that from a saved game file, it stores that information in it.

I am providing links to mods that may have the missing data found to be missing from Right Hand Iron sights plugins.

Current suggestion would be to download these mods before meddling with your game files.

 

Missing assets from a plugin placed or called up that are "supposed to be" located in a cell ,a script, a mesh file...what ever will cause the game to crash.

so far, most of this looks like it came from the Original, but the search led me in another direction...so I'll just follow it out.

I have here the Original data too. but I have not installed it yet.

 

My search was on Google (huntingrifle_is.nif) very basic....the ( _is.nif) is what caught my eye. Specif coding done here.

 

where that leads is another story.

RightHandIronsights packaging is messed up, I have no idea how it got that way, but it is.

the data most of it listed as missing is due to miss packaging of the mod.

 

So far I am attempting to recreate the correct paths for the missing data...we use Fo3edit's script functions AKA the asset manager to see the "PATH" of all assets missing.

 

then we create those folders and consequently deposit the files into them. so when we run our tool, all assets show up.

 

This Kind of thing is not an error to be seen it is a hidden error not seen, easy to miss, I missed it...so now, I will try and explain things for you to view.

 

Because of something as simple as this occurred, there are a lot of users suffering needlessly CTD issues. That will "ALSO MEAN" any patches made to consider with current data will no longer be valid.

that's how far I got before discovery.

 

Standard architecture is "meshes" and "texture" folders extracted. Other wise ,a scripted installer is used to extract the data correctly...Fomod's or if you prefer ,an *.xml file.

 

the data is not entering the game..it's there on the hard drive, just not being used or seen By the games engine. yeah, I can now see a ton of answers of a thousand questions asked already. over the years.

 

the asset manager tells you..this, the data is not seen, the tool uses the engine and based instructions as to path = path.

 

If the tool can't see it / them? then the game can't.

experimental, ? ok so combine the basics into one, run a geck verification on that, then..according to some instructions I am following here, full finalize that plugin and then rippppppp out all ( ITm's ) ...should end up with a clean file missing nothing.

 

In theory, might fix a bug, this bug, nav mesh problems...can be at fault too. Time killer

All things considered, I can post firescreens of the results, OR lay out directions for you to follow. one of them is pump up your health first and foremost before entering that satcom station, turn off the radio as I think your PC is being taxed.

all assets located and created on a blank slate as well as your saved game file, here, runs smooth as silk.

Warning, If you are running windows 10?...forget modding these games.

 

reason one...version control is now in full force on windows 10, if the file has no licenses, not verified, the system will in fact prevent it or them from running.

 

All my custom work is done on windows 7 32bit so All of the media matches.

 

I also use windows 7 64bit to , this allows comparability's for users that have that system.
