Boombro
I recently started a new game of New Vegas and the opening quest Run GoodSprings Run/Ghosttown Gunfight demonstrated the importance of actual skills and checks against them, none of that is possible in a logical way in FO4.Nah, it easy. You just easily add conditions and more dialogue. Let say confidence man:"Ever been in a fist fight?"Unarmed perk: never found anyone who won't go down. Boom easy as a cake walk. You can also add lines by adding a more options. Anyone with quest modding skills won't break a sweat. Most lines, items and stuff can be easily made to have such checks. You can we sit and whine, or try to show beth a fight.
Numbnumb
Based upon all the problems I have been having with Fallout 4 and the need for Bethesda to fix a lot of items that make game play so frustrating, Bethesda should still be fixing this game at that point. Here are some of the things that have happened to me:..When moles attack they get right to your feet and you cannot hit them with any weapon until you run away...Scanning the area as you walk does not reveal attackers until they have jumped you from behind and there is no way to detect them ahead of time...Suppressors cannot be modeled at the work bench until level 15 but when you get to that level you then suddenly you are required to go to level 25 before you can create one at a work bench...Super mutants have the ability to move up to 15-30 scale feet in a second. These are just a few examples. So, Bethesda, fix this first. Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 were much more enjoyable.
charwo
I appreciate that, but this time, I'm going to buy it full price to support the company. It was crowd funded after all and I hope they make more CRPGs, KlipperkenWell, in that case, buy 10 of them, and give them to buddies?I mean... well, you get me... Oh, my friend, I am not a rich woman.
Degasai
Whatever they make, let's just hope it uses a new game engine :P
PoliteRaider
Whatever they make, let's just hope it uses a new game engine  I'm genuinely curious here, this isn't just a rhetorical question. Why is that? What don't you like about the Creation Engine?
chucksteel
People seem to hate it! I don't understand why myself but they want Beth to start using Unreal or some other engine. Granted the Gamebrio engine does have some drawbacks and limitations but Beth has been working with it for so long and know it intimately. if they did change the same people would be complaining that the game was not as good as the last game because of the engine change.
Boombro
About the game engine. It amazing okay? It really strong and can handle a lot of strain. It beth fault not the GE. If beth worked on unreal 4, it will end up as buggy, ugly and unstable.Ask for better GE coding teams.

Oh, my friend, I am not a rich woman. Just saying. But, dear, despite you want to be good for Beth, do know, that game companies sold those keys on the aforementioned sites for that amount of cash, in my case, almost 10 Euro.No company will buy keys for 50 euro, and resell them for 10.So, those prices ARE official, and thus not in financial negativity/loss for said game companies.Basically, it's their price. For the less rich, like me and apparently you. ;)

It's potentially game breaking, but I'd want it as it is good for roleplaying. Hell, in Unlikely Valentine, I want the option to convince the first gangster you're a delivery boy or something so you don't have to fight your way in. A way to pacify Covenant or convince a non-violent end to Cabot House would be good.
snapper69
I've been playing computer games for over 30 years, starting with a Commodore Vic 20 and I have always built my computers with a gaming spec, but lately I've lost interest in games. I started Witcher 3 then stopped playing, I started Dragon Age Inquisition, then stopped playing. I was beginning to wonder why I'd bothered upgrading my computer (again). Then came Fallout 4 and I was hooked, it has taken up large chunks of the little spare time I have, not just doing quests, but building bases. I'm currently up to Level 64 with Mk VI X-01 Power Armour. I've modded the hell out of it and I'm loving it. It's got me back into gaming late into the night and I'm looking forward to starting The Witcher and Dragon Age again if/when I finish FO4.
