PlayerOblivion
Hopefully future big mods won't have several parts to download.

ita
And images? 1.5 MB is not enough if someone uses extremely high-resolution... Anyone who needs to express something using a .jpg larger than 1.5 megs should consider writing a fanfic instead.

magickman12
Now that's funny...I just uploaded a mod I've been working on and had to edit several items out of the bsa and then compress it more and more just to get it under the 300 MB. Now, I've uploaded it and I find out I didn't have to...Is that the definition of irony?Well, I hope there is no problems for anyone using a completely compressed bsa. If there is I guess I can upload one that isn't so reduced. Edited May 29, 2011 by magickman12
JimboUK
Excellent news, it'll stop the confusion with split archives too. And images? 1.5 MB is not enough if someone uses extremely high-resolution... Using 95% or 90% quality has a negligible effect on the image but drastically reduces file size. You could also downscale the image, it will be smaller and look better, it's a trick used by developers to make promotional screenshots look good. KDStudios
This is some of the most important news I've ever read! I was worrying about the size of my Star Trek mod. Thankfully now I couldn't care less. Thankyou so much for increasing the size :)
