seba1337
Ok so, every week even if I'm not playing that much Skyrim now, I always check the Nexus site hotfiles as sometimes interesting things appear. This time something showed up that really disturbed me (disturbed me so much that I'm writing this right now).So a japanese user called sakurajyousui uploaded a mod that adds a children follower: http://i.imgur.com/NuwCx7r.jpg That's not so bad right? Only problem is that the children's bodytype is UNP (it's the mod, NSFW link), and checking out in NifSkope.... (images SFW) http://i.imgur.com/7zKX2Ke.jpg http://i.imgur.com/pxAobeo.jpg This shouldn't be on the Nexus. Heck, it shouldn't even exist. It took me 3 seconds to check that even an idiot like me when it comes to modding can make her nude. This is straight up child nudity, and it's illegal. Now, there are three extra things bothering me. The first, this mod made it to hot files, which mean that it's the first thing everyone who gets into nexus will see. The second one, is that the author is deleting every comment that is negative or shows dislike to the mod. Don't believe me? Look, 22 posts --- look now, 16. And when I opened the post section for the first time there were 30, but didn't took a screenshot. And the third one is that even if it's an english page, the author put everything in japanese (but he understands the comments perfectly seeing how they are being deleted). Please nexus, not even in double L this is permitted.PS: Sorry if this was dense to read, english is not my mother language and I'm really shocked with this. firepower02
Well this sure piqued your interest.I believe authors shouldn't be able to delete comments on their own mod, other people should be able to see both cons and pros of their mod. It makes it one sided.Oh, and please don't yell when you're asking for something to be done.
seba1337
Oh, and please don't yell when you're asking for something to be done.Yes, you're right, i'm editing this. Sorry, it really alarmed me.
Hallgarth
Yeah, I'll agree, it is creepy and disconcerting that it would have a UNP body when it's labelled as a child.
FrankFamily
Authors can delete comments in their mods as a way of "local moderation" or censorship if you want to look it that way, but the posibility of removing really dumb, spamy or offensive comments is positive in my opinion. Moderators still have access to those deleted comments, and the author deleting comments doesn't stop anyone considering it goes against site's rules from reporting the mod. Now, about the matter itself, totally agree, child nudity is against the rules of the site. But, asuming i'm understanding everything right, there is a big difference between a mod including child nudity and a mod being easy to turn into a child nudity. The rules must apply only to the content being released by the author, not the easy derivations that could be made from it, otherwise mostly any mod would be "illegal". So, if the mod in question doesn't include child nudity, then, in my opinion, we can't blame the author for making it easy to turn it into child nudity, instead we should blame the users for making that little change, but since everyone can do whatever they wish as long as they keep it to themselves... Hallgarth
I suppose the question is, were the textures modified? Doesn't default UNP textures include nudity in them? Doesn't the Non-Nudity one include the same nude textures underneath the underwear? Also, why use UNP at all? It is a mod developed purely to be aesthetically pleasing and to accentuate the female form. Why does anyone need that on a child?
amakachao
Does the original mod, as released, have this in the game? Like when she changes armor? Or did you go out of your way to undress the girl in a different program?
Terra Nova
The japanese have a lower age of consent, however, I don't think the author is aware that sort of the thing isn't acceptable on global websites such as this. Lisnpuppy
If anyone bothered to look at the included Nif files the form has a bathingsuit. it is a STANDALONE which means it comes with its very own meshes based on UNP. Now that you have completely talked out the side of your butts about something which you know nothing about...carry on. the mesh is built with a bathingsuit
Deleted82156User
The japanese have a lower age of consent, however, I don't think the author is aware that sort of the thing isn't acceptable on global websites such as this.Although the age of sexual consent in Japan is 13 years of age, prefecture law usually overrides federal law, raising the age up to 18. The child in that mod looks no older then 6....with fully developed breasts. No I am not getting involved, I know that would be a pointless endeavor on this site. I just looked up the age of consent out of interest and was posting that for people who don't know it.
