Lots of stuff that has been done via mods, but personally looks like they are done cleaner / smoother than mods so thats okay to me. Lots of new stuff too that hasn't been done yet, and look really sweet! And only $5 anyway (Though I got it for the season pass. $30 for all the DLC I wouldve bought anyway is a steal imo.)

Looks really exciting. Lots of new code to play with, too (Just changing the hanging bulb light to change the actual bulb itself blue is something I havent been able to get working, so, thats cool. We have colored lights already, but the bulb itself doesnt change.)

Love the new traps, so, so much. Look awesome! The new build set looks good, too, and isn't currently offered via mods. The customizable neons looks great, too.

Really, this looks great, for $5 can't go wrong. Oh, and another thought... that voice over offers some extra dialogue to use for cut / splice for mods *shrug*.

Im excited! And to the person I saw (Or people..) complaining we should get this for free with the GECK, come on, really? The GECK is a PRIVILAGE, not a RIGHT. We will get it soon. We also get this for $5 that adds some really neat workshop stuff. Stop complaining, please.

And as much as I want the GECK asap, and I get the overwhelming desire to get it already, it doesn't do anyone any good stressing over when it is going to get here lol. It'll come whenever they announce that its due, and not before :P

(I get it, I really do. But its bad for the health to worry about it so much! :P)

I personally am not a coder, but other than the codes for trapping the animals, what else do you think is new from the trailer? I'm curious that maybe you saw something I didn't.

Well, I suppose code is the wrong term. but as I mentioned, ive been unable to get the bulbs to actually change their color from default white (The bulb effect itself, NOT the light). So, I will be able to tear into the nif and hopefully figure out how to do it myself, or at minimal repurpose it.

Also looks like perhaps there is some system with the neons allowing you to type what you want, so, depends on how they did that I suppose.

And I am making the assumption there will be little other things in there that are new and can be re-purposed. Seems fairly typical is all.

The bulb light color may be something nifskope just cant properly edit yet though, I found what appears to control it, even found where I believe the values go, but editing them has no effect whatsoever. It could be I am doing something wrong, so, this will help with that.

I am curious if they will address the keyword bug here or not, I have to imagine these additions are slowly pushing towards that limit...

In general though, I am mainly just looking forward to the items themselves :) Sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound like I saw brand new code and such, I honestly don't know for sure, just a lot of times DLC add in bits of new functions and such.

Scripts for capturing the animals/raiders etc.

Scripts for making them fight in the arena

scripts to pacify them. scripts to trigger those traps.. all tiny crap, more or less. Would be more interesting if they'd add a betting system, where we could pit two captured creatures against each other. Or some sort of gladiator-like system. But I doubt they went beyond giving us a framework.

What's cool are the new animates stuff, as well as animated lights. And there will be a number of cages.. finally I can make human sized cages with a door for all the slaves.

Biggest issue i see is what will this do with the build menu, already with just a few mods that add new stuff to build you can run into problems of items not showing up. If they pay attention to the mods already created they should also release a fix for the keyword/item cap?

They almost have to release the Geck at the same time so modders can fix it if Beth does'nt. It has a huge potential to get messy in the build menu and screw thing up.

New meshes and textures for a lot more traps, new walls and floors, cages and planters you can plant anywhere.

Also new voiced dialogue should be in.

To be honest, I prefer a dev that at least works to make cheap meaningless dlc than make modders do everything.
