Deleted1848331User
Well, I don't see what you're going on about. I looked at the first three pages of the Forum Rules and Strikes section/part/thing and they all seem justified. The staff do their job perfectly fine imo. Dang, 16 users looking at once. Most I've ever seen :psyduck:

antonkr
My word of advice to you. If you see someone and think they were banned unfairly? Message the moderator. Most of the time they will explain their actions and why they were justified. The ban post doesn't always tell everything folks.

bben46
To keep anyone else from following the OP out the door, I'll close it. Unlike many sites we do have an appeal process. However, unlike the ban, the appeal is not shown to the public. And trying to circumvent the appeal process by taking it to the membership by posting in the open forums will get a permanent ban. Dark0ne
Welcome to the Nexus sites -- where we take people on their word (and subsequently call their bluff) when they tick the box saying "I have read, understood and agree to these rules and conditions". Got a problem with the staff? Bring it to me as I'm the only one who can do anything about it. This isn't a democracy so bringing it out in the public will only get you a one-way ticket out of here. LHammonds
I love how the staff is "painted" by such threads without any "actual" proof. When questioned before about such things, I actually did some digging and fact finding and guess what? Every single ban I found regarding trolling was entirely justified and NOBODY disagreed when I pointed it out. If you feel like we are being too harsh on trolls and those that like to fan the flames of hate, please do yourself a favor and browse the rules forums which is where we post all ban notices. You would be hard-pressed to find flamers and trolls that you would like to stand up for and defend. Everyone banned has an opportunity to request that their account be unbanned and MANY do. However, most fail to grasp the understanding required to convince the staff they have learned their lesson and won't be causing further administrative action on our part. Believe it or not, we can spot insincere requests in order to be unbanned so they can continue their campaign of hate. So many such requests an not granted.
