If, i go, and enter Nexus Homesite, search for a Mod, i can download it normally.
BUT, if i am, for exemple, following the S.T.E.P guide, and i click on one of their direct links, to a mod, the page will appear, but when clicking to go to download, or anything else, the page will display a capital E where the downlaods should be.

Probablly, your security is breaking the old link, and the only way to acess your downloads/mod pages, without the error, is going thorugh the homepage, and searching for the mod.
That, is really a big problem, for someone who is following a large guide like the ones on S.T.E.P Wiki =\

Agreed - I thought clearing my cache worked, but it turns out it's to do with direct links within pages that don't have https:// in the URL.

Nah, it's only when I upload mods that he presses the "serve a 0kb download" button.

Only issue I'm having is that everything I've bookmarked for download now errors out when I try to get the files. Not a biggie, and I know you can't forward old links to the new system. I'm very happy to have SSL downloads, so thanks!

Yep having that issue with http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48621/. Hope it gets fixed.

Do as I did ... I followed other people's recommendation of re-logging & it worked.

I found what might be a bug with the new SSL, i google searched a mod i wanted to download and went straight to the page via google, no matter how hard i tried when i clicked any tab or did anything everything that had previously loaded on the page just disappeared and wouldn't load again, refreshing would bring me back to the description tab, if i clicked on the description tab of the mod the description that had already loaded would disappear, any tab change did the same thing. So I tried going to the main nexus mod webpage and manually searching the mod, and it worked. first try. Not sure what to make of it but thought you should know.

To be exact, I cannot see any details in any of the tabs, except of the letter E, for some odd reason

Tried that recommendation and still getting only an E on each page.
