I am from England

I'm proud that we wrote the Magna Carta.

That was down to a bunch of Norman barons who probably spoke French :P

 

I'm also from England, and I'm proud of the fact that we invented America (so to speak..), notwithstanding the fact that it came about because of a bit of a misunderstanding about tax :D

The thing I like about Brits is their talent for studied understatement...just a misunderstanding.
