Goliath978
So here's my tragedy:Mod ruined oblivion.I uninstalled mods and oblivion.I reinstalled oblivion.Saved games worked then. I installed obge. Saved games still worked.I installed a dump of other mods: better cities, fast exit, natural environments, deadly reflex and a few others like unique landscapes. And now? No saved games work. When I try to start a new gMe I click "yes" but nothing happens. Nothing. What do I do?
Hickory
Do you use BOSS and a Bashed Patch?

Goliath978
Will that fix it? Anyone know the reason for the elder bugs 4 doing this?
Hickory
Will that fix it? Anyone know the reason for the elder bugs 4 doing this? Yes, you're not using BOSS and a Bashed Patch with mods that need both.
Goliath978
So I installed Wrye Bash again and enabled the patch(this was before I built it). Still same problem. But if it's a mods problem, what does it have to do with me not being able to start a new game? BTW I've yet to try with the built patch: but when building it should I select all or none? I tried selecting all of them but at Oblivion.esm it would stop working and freeze.
eric31415
Here's a link to an easy to follow guide to building a bashed patch. You want the "Basics and installers intro" Make sure you run BOSS before building the patch.
Goliath978
Nope. Did the bashed patch and used Wrye Bash...still same problem. I'll try a reinstall.
