Carry limit

The more limiting factor is npc gold anyway, so increasing carry weight would only lead to having to visit more npcs for each clearing up.

Increasing carry weight is like increasing the size of your bladder, you'd only have to go every 3 days, but you'd be like a swollen balloon and it would also take longer by the same factor you increased it in the first place.

True. Once you start enchanting random loot and actually finding enchanted dragon plate as loot, there isn't enough gold. I've been thinking if I find a trainer who is also a vender, I can get 5 levels trained pretty much on loot hauls.

NPC gold and weight of Dragon junk is rather annoying. If I want to sell off some dragon loot for the best price, I have to visit 2-4 vendors.

Not going to spoil for you, but you don't really want to sell dragon bones

I've been using the default just fine. No need to cheat and ruin the game. Nor do I use a companion as a mule.

I raised up stamina a bunch of times and got the AWESOME pickpocketing perk which adds +100 carry limit.

I am just over level 30 now, have 20k gold in pocket and still have a lot of loot queued up for sale waiting for vendors to get more money. I cant imagine how much loot Id have sitting around had I cheated my carry limit.

So far this is the only code I have used or plan to use.

I agree that the micro management becomes rather irksome particularly with the amount of exploring / caves, etc. and if you're someone who doesn't like to fast travel until MUCH later into the game then......

As for it "ruining the game", that is your opinion. Mine is far from ruined by being able to carry a little more.

And finally, it is a world of amazing magic, I don't believe it takes anything away to expect some magic to aid in how much we can carry. :P

The carry limit is not too much different that it was in previous TES games, maybe even a little forgiving for non-strength builds. In both Oblivion and Morrowind you'd usually start of carrying 150-250, and work up to 500. In Skyrim you start at 300, and can pretty easily build that up to 500+ at max level.

So, having played previous TES games, I'm used to it and I don't mind it at all.

And just as a comparison, in Morrowind the Daedric Cuirass alone weighed 90, in Skyrim an entire outfit of Daedric only weighs 81 and you can get a perk to ignore that too. Stop complaining.

Hi vorius. OK two questions regarding your post:

1)Which sub-skill do I need to go into in order to obtain this pickpocketing perk?

2)You mentioned waiting for vendors to get more money....does anyone know how often they "regenerate" their gold? It' so annoying going to different venders because they keep running out of gold :(
