Peregrine
Knights of The Old Republic on PC as well. But you don't like NWN even though they're really similar? I'd actually say NWN is better, if only for the multiplayer ability.
ohGr
1- Ultima 8 (the creator, the freedom, the AVATAR!!!!)2- Morrowind3- Fallout Tactics : Brotherhood Of Steel4- Deus Ex (ahh, and freedom in a FPS)5- Baldurs Gate 26- Baldurs Gate 1 7- Icewindale 2 (the spell icons are actually in color <_< ) thats all i liked without naming 1-8 with ultima (9 was a joke, online was not bad)or 1 and 2 of Falloutor Deus Ex 2 : the invisible war. but on the NON-RPG list i have 1- Command And Conquer + Expansion (the original is always best)2- Bloodrayne (nazi killing max payne cross with buffy)3- Soldier Of Fortune 2 (A.K.A. Smashy
What's wrong with all of you, you all forgot the Father of RPG Diablo and its heir and most wonderfull classic RPG Diablo II ! Um....Ëlwe....have you been on earth in the past 20 years? Dioblo is NOT the father of rpgs, Dungeons and Dragons, Spy Craft, and all of the D20 games are the fathers, Dungeons and Dragons has gotten alota crap from the media over the years, but the makers (D20 system) still remain in buisness, and to my memory it Diablo didnt exist in 1985 around the time the D20 games realy became popular. Do me a favor and stop by your local gameing shop that sells Dungeons and Dragons, ask for some information on it, and youll never look at rpgs the same again. Final thought: I apologise about how sinical I came off there but it gets annoying when rpg fans dont know their roots.

Pob
Split in Pen/paper and comuter as they are two different expereinces really Computer 1: MW and expansions2: Fallout (in all 3 incartnatiopns)3: Might of Magic series4: Diablo I and II5: Pirates of the carrabien (would be higher, but lack of instructions lets it down)6: Icewind Dale etc Pen/Paper 1: L5R (Note original not 2nd ed and not d20). Had a sysetm you could learn in 5 minutes and what an ace setting/system. Best sytem I have ever seen (and yes that includes d20)2: Shadowrun (not the best system, but cool setting)3: Dark Consiparcy (great game, first RPG I ever played)4: 7th Sea (Ace game very swashbuckling)5: Fading Suns (Bit like 40k type setting, superb game)6: Star Wars (prefer original to d20, but not a bad conversion)7: 3rd ed D+D (original was terrible to understand the rules, d20 is better and 3.5 is an improvment as Rangers are now loads better and I like rangers)8: Star Trek (nice system, but needs a good GM to do properly)9: Conspoiacy X (the X files, basically, good game)10: and finally... LOTR (great setting, not bad rules, but needs the right GM and the right players to get the atmosphere right) Note: I have missed all of the White Wolf lot off (nice system, just not a gothic fan so not keen on the games)Have also missed most of the d20 stuff off, while it is a good system it isn't the best and what has disappointed me is some great systems (like L5R) have become d20 to their detriment. For some games it is a vast simpification of things and is good, for some it is a backward step or has lost some of the flavour of the game. (I don't see Shadowrun ever working as a d20 somehow) My two pennth
ohGr
What's wrong with all of you, you all forgot the Father of RPG Diablo and its heir and most wonderfull classic RPG Diablo II :o ! in my opinion i honestly do now know how you people play that game, i remember playing the first one in grade 6, i was addicted, finished the game in 3 weeks, then when the second one came out i was shocked, so i returned it to electronics boutique and said it didnt work, got my money back, and put the money in the bank.but all diablo 2 did was give online RPG's a little boost, and a little surprise for the new people, thats about it, in fact, just last week i noticed there was an expansion :o and just to add to my list. Zork 1 2 and 3 the best game that only uses words, where you type in those things like "open door" and stuff, they were so fun....
