There are 4 MODL variables, each with random looking string and hex subrecord data. Is there a way of converting a file path into that type of data? Surely some people can do it, but I can't find the info anywhere. Thanks Why dont u use the latest Version of Nifskope (1.1.0-RC5)? With this version u dont need the modified .xml file, it supports Skyrim initially.
wootwoot55 Posted February 22, 2012 Posted February 22, 2012 (edited) I'm also new to all of this and got lost on step 9 of the guide for getting in my case a weapon into the game. I'm not sure where the CNTO is? Edited February 22, 2012 by wootwoot55

Revan770 Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 when i import obj in appears in nifscope collapsed. why?
Coddington Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 Guys please help me, I have been trying to get .obj throught nifskope for days now but they keep loosing their UV's in the progress. I'm trying to use throttlekitties modified nif.xml but I get this error... ""Unsupported 'Startup Version' 20.0.0.5 specified, reverting to 20.0.0.5"" and nifscope won't import vanilla files now. Do I need a specific version of Nifscope for this to work? Please any help would be greatly appreciated I'm at the end of my rope here! Thanks
Tamira Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 obj support is broken in the newer versions of Nifskope. The last working version is nifskope-1.1.0-rc6-i686-w32.7z
Coddington Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Thank you Tamira! You do not know how much this means to me, thank you!
