What type of table? Noble, upper, common, farm, Nord, Dwemer, round, square, rectangular. short, thin, low of even a night table. The game has a lot of tables, and then there are things like sideboards, counters and desks.

I just write all my codes in a book and spend ages trawling through them to try and get what I want. You want new colour variations and a few new styles, you could try out the FPI mod and have even more choice, and more codes.

Exellent.....That's exactly what I was looking for Enthusiast.....That's funny I also have a book with 100's of codes I flip through....Fan: Downloaded that link from Nexus....Hot damn that's a lot but will come in handy once I get used to navigating around in there....Thanks folks

Greetings:

 

I've searched quite a bit, but may have missed it. Couple of questions -

 

1. When placing a torch with the console and getting it adjusted with setpos and setangle, how do you make it stay there? For me the torch stays until I reload the game, then it drops to the ground. This does not happen for a trophy plaque. Do I somehow turn off the gravity on the torch, or am I using the wrong torch id? Kinda new to all of this.

 

2. I was planting stuff in my garden at Whiterun and must have disabled a plant since I did not like it. At least that's what I think I did. Now I have an invisible block in the area that the plant was in. I can move around it, but it blocks me from moving through it. I thought I could drop another object on it, since it was giving me resistance, so I figured it would support something dropped on it to make it easier to detect and select for markfordelete, but nothing will be supported by it, just blocking me. How can I select it to get rid of it, or in general how can I delete it? I know I could revert to the time before my disable object, but I did some arranging of the interior with console and don't want to lose all that.

 

3. Vaguely remember a post that says you can use the TCL command on objects, but I haven't been able to. Would this apply to my torch problem?

A torch is not a static object, it is not going to just hang there once you reload. The FPI mod has some static torches and lanterns you could use, or you will have to put a bracket there to hold the torch. The small tiki sword torch from the FPI mod is nice. Or you could just put a wall sconce there.

 

You cannot delete what you cannot see, so you will have to go back to a previous save to solve your plant problem. Also you do not say what type of plant it was you removed, if it was one added by a mod, it might have had a marker (think that is the right term) and it could be the marker that is blocking you. Something like the landing marker for the bugs, or a spawning marker perhaps. If it is from a mod you could load the mod up in the CK and see what else is there. Any changes you make in the CK are saved. But not sure how stable your save game would be if you deleted it that way.

 

If you just want to go through that space you could use the TCL command, but you cannot use it on an object, it will not work while you have any object selected.

Can anyone give me the ID codes for animal skin rugs?

I've tried looking though a couple of excel spread sheets that different people have posted, not sure what the game calls them, or what category the come under.

Tired Alannaa's mod, but they are not in there, I haven't got the DLC's to use that other one.

My house wouldn't let me move the animal skin rug (sabre tiger I think) so I deleted it, thinking I could just drop a new one & move that.

If you try the help command and look for pelt, it should bring up all the codes.
