CBBE Issues

So I suppose I am far from adept at modding, and that's the worst kind of person to engage in modding - because then I end up bothering people like you.

 

But I could really use some help - When I wear outfits such as the "drifter" outfit - my character's body totally disappears. I have CBBE installed as well as 2pac's Skimpy Armor for CBBE.

 

My CBBE doesn't seem to be working even without that mod though, as I chose to have no underwear and yet my character always has underwear on.

 

Below is my mod list and a sample image of the problem. Please help if you can.

Yeah, I have the CBBE body chosen, then I clicked "build."

 

I tried without the armor mod too, still not working.

Well i am more of a Skyrim modder then FO4 but hey you asked i shall try.

 

So have you added:

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

sResourceDataDirsFinal=

 

If you have check it again and make sure it looks like that. Also have you tried reinstalling the mod?

Yes, I have tried all of the above, and made sure the "Never Nude" option is not checked.

 

With just CBBE installed, and using the Armorsmith modded armor - the body disappears as well. I think it's because CBBE is just not working at all.

 

Either way, thanks for at least trying to help. I really appreciate it - and thanks for replying so quick!

I've had a more or less similar thing happeneing, in that allof a sudden some of my settlers didn't have a body no longer (transparant folk, except for feet, hands and head). Peculiarty was that it was all men and they walked aroiund with their clothes neatly folded around their ankles.

 

Turned out that some of my women settlers turned into men and because I was using a mod called "BodySwap" which lets you make your female settlers wear nude armour that of course don't work on any male.

 

So, is there a possibility you made clothes/armour that only works for one sex?

Only the ones that come with CBBE - when you activate it there is an option to change vanilla armors etc.,...the problem is that I am fairly certain CBBE isn't even activating.

but unfortunately in my Fallout4 folder there is no file named "Fallout4Custom.ini"

 

What do I do now?

You have to make one. Just a plain text file.
