Is it possible to transfer Survival Mode elements to other difficulties?

I like Survival Mode, but there are some things that I loathe about it. Namely, saving and console command restrictions. It doesn't appear that these things can be fixed. Instead, would it be possible to transfer elements of survival mode to the other difficulties?

 

For example, being able to play on normal difficulty with player needs (hunger, thirst, fatigue) and encumbrance (weighted chems, weighted ammo), but without the rest? I'd find Fallout 4 much more enjoyable to play with working autosaves and unrestricted console commands.

 

I had a quick look at the game settings and globals for survival mode stuff, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Can this be done from within the HC_Manager quest or its scripts?

I'm using that on Survival Mode and it helps. It doesn't have full functionality according to the author, but it's much better than normal. That being said, it's theoretically possible to edit the chems and ammo to give them weight. Again theoretically possible to set up timed quests for the hunger, thirst and fatigue. At least my two cents there which may give you some pointers.

 

EDIT:

Step 1 - Make an .esp with the following information (the weighting)

Consumables Table with Weights

Ammo Table with Weights

 

Step 2 - The rest. If I find something when I have time, I'll let you know.

I think Survival Options might have that functionality? Or let you turn tiredness down so low it's almost non existent.

 

It also gives you an item for saving - hotkey it to favourite items and use it like a quicksave button.

 

As for console commands, I believe that needs F4SE to work, but it is included in stone mods.
