Skyrim Has Started To Crash All Of A Sudden?

ok, so bout 6 days ago i installed a few different mods, i believe they were The Sound Of Nature - Water, Vurt's Flora Overhaul, SKSE and SkyUI, and i noticed that my game started to continually crash after about 1min of wandering outside and sometimes it would crash inside when opening the menu or a container. So, i uninstalled one at a time to test and find out which one was crashing my game and even after uninstalling all 4 my game continued to crash? so i decided i would start on a clean slate and uninstall then reinstall all my mods upto the point where i installed those 4, but still it crashed so i uninstalled all my mods again and played my game completely vanilla, and it still crashed. I decided to uninstall Skyrim, and reinstall it and redownload the patches for it to see if that would work but once again it crashed... then i began to think that it might be my save game, so i loaded a completely different character and still the same thing!

However, this was also around the time Bethesda released the latest patches, so im not sure if it could be something to do with those or not?

Im currently running i5 2500K, Nvidia GTX 570 with 8GB of RAM and i dont get any lag when playing, and my system isnt overheating at all or anything like that...

I was also using the 4GB enabler, which fixed the first load of crashes that everyone was experiencing, so maybe the large address aware patch that Bethesda released is somehow clashing with 4GB enabler?

i'm not sure, but any help would be greatly apppreciated, because at the moment my game is completely unplayable ):

Cheers.

The latest Bethesda patch 1.3.10 already has 4gb enabled, you shouldn't be using or patching your tesv.exe with a 4gb patch or loading a 4gb enabler anymore

The patch may be conflicting with something in the ini files. Was reported this happening mainly with the map feature (sometimes soon after quick travel). Rename the two ini files at ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim and let the game rebuild them. If the issue is gone you know the cause, try redoing whatever tweak you had one at a time, test it until the culprit is found.

To avoid all that mess you could try first removing all lines related to the map.

yeh, i uninstalled the 4GB enabler aswell and am running straight from tesv.exe which is also unmodified... :/

*as well

Have you tried running as administrator? It's weird that it would start crashing after paying it for a few days, and especially after an uninstall/reinstall.

* What nosisab said...Didn't even think of that. *

yeh ive tried running as administrator to no avail. I deleted both skyrim and skyrimprefs, and now my saves wont load... i think it has something to do with UGridToLoad, from memory if you change it from what it was the previous load you cant reload the same save?

to solve the uGridsToLoad issue you have two alternatives, just replace the value to that you used at save time... or, if willing to return to the default, (taken from Steam forum)

From inside the game loaded with the previous value, at the console type:

setini "ugridstoload:general" 5
saveini
refreshini

save the game with the new parameter
