I can't get my Bosmer Mask to show when I equip it. I'm using Immersive Armors

Hello, I've been using Immersive Armors for a long time, and it's always worked fine for me. But all of a sudden, I am unable to see my characters Bosmer mask whenever I equip it. I don't know how to fix this to get it working again, can someone please help me? :sad: I've attached my load order if it helps.

I am not familier with the mod Immersive Armors. Is it a replacer mod because going through your list twice I did not see an esp for it. Have you tried reinstalling it in the event a .nif got bugged?

It's called Immersive Armors by Hothtrooper44. All the other armors seem to be working fine, it's just that one armor item that gives me trouble

Could be a corrupted file. Have you tried re-installing IA?

It sounds like you're missing the mesh. Reinstall IA, you may have somehow deleted it (despite never actually doing yourself, sometimes weird things happen during mod installations).

Bah, if it becomes a problem I will reinstall. But it's such a huge mod to be doing over like that, you know? :(

Plus, I just simply installed Bosmer armor, which has the same wood elf armor that is in IA, so I just did that, and can wear the bosmer mask that comes with THEIR mod. So um...

Well, what you could do is just go to your mods folder where your manager stores the files (your settings tab should display it) and extract just the meshes and textures to your data folder and let them overwrite the old files. It's really all you would need to fix the issue if it's just a missing mesh.

First of all, you need to download and run LOOT (Load Order Optimization Tool). It is an essential tool for anyone modding Skyrim. Here's the link: loot.github.io

I'm going to assume you never fixed this and probably just kept playing...

I think I know the problem.

You have Devious Devices which hides certain head slots, the problem one being slot 41, which mods use for helmets and whigs and stuff.
You can change which slot the device hider uses in the Devices Underneath section of the DD MCM, or disable it completely by setting its slot to None.
