Upcoming AMA with Elianora

Honestly, shes getting way more hate than is needed and I dont think she deserves any at all. Her mods work well and from my experience have had almost no issues whatsoever. If you are having problems with them then chances are its your mistake.

 

In regards to her being rude, she isnt rude. She gives clear concise instructions on what to do with mods and its peoples inability to follow those simple instructions that causes issues. Her frank way of speaking is quick and to the point because chances are shes received another hundred comments like yours from people that are inept at following simple tasks.

 

She is providing people with free content, something she has no obligation to do. If she doesn't want you to use it then its her right to block you and prevent you from using her content. She put the effort in, she made it. You didn't. Asking for reskins or edits of mods must be infuriating since theres hundreds of people asking for different things its simple to just say no to everyone.

 

Witch hunting and bashing her on a thread that is meant to highlight her abilities and give people an insight into her as a person and her work is just pathetic.

 

If you don't like her, don't use her mods. Or just accept the fact you need to stop being so sensitive and get upset when you get called on for your stupidity.

After Reading 2 pages of the comments i would like to say : You don't like the way she's answering in her faq ? don't read it but don't ask question after. you don't like the way she's answering your request, don't read it and better don't request. and let other people deal between themselves and don't get caught in the middle. you don't like the way this coffee box look like in her mod, don't download it or modify it. etc etc... this has been covered a lot through the comments and i personnaly don't use all of her mods because personal taste.

(and this tread is great material for everyone doing statistic or community study between the haters, the haters that understand the modders situation, the complaining lovers, those who love without restraint and those who are trying to calm down the comments)

 

BUT i have something i really want to say :

Thanks to the modders for giving us mods to choose from. thanks to them to provide us their modding experiences.

And thanks to the nexus staff to allow us to have option from bethesda's (or others) modding site. and thanks to them for trying to have a lively site. this is a lot of trouble for a little praising.

Let's hope that bad behaviour (mod stealing, requesting a mod author to do thing your way) will disapear in 2017 (i know i'm an idealist :p )

 

and i'm too lazy to learn how to mod so i will continue to pick mods here and there to keep playing and replaying the same game for another hundreds hours because of you "bad" modders that i love ;)

Whether or not anyone likes or dislikes Eleanora is irrelevant. This is a topic, which states specifically that we are going to hold an interview with Eleanora regarding her contributions to NexusMods and maybe get to know her a bit more, is exactly that. It is fine to express your opinion yet when that opinion is off-topic and disrespectful then there is where the line is drawn.
