TuNrIs
So, this bug starts after the Kyle & Riley event. It happens, and than after some time people start screaming. Upon closer VATS inspection it turns out that NPC's in diamond city market recieve constant damage for no reason. I could ignore the screams, but they actually die because of that bug. I think that some mod is causing this, but turning all mods off didn't really help me. Anyone with the same problem? JimmyRJump
So, you want us to scroll through the sixteen-thousand mods for FO4 to see which one could be causing this? Please add your plug-ins list between spoiler tags, TuNrls...
SphereOfRa
This happens with or without mods. It happens during holidays. It's like they are all getting radiation or diseases.
dovahkiingdead
ok this is happening to me too. every now and then while in DC i will hear someone grunt in pain, including my companions, and recently i found a dead resident in DC market. I have noticed that the merchants (i.e. Arturo, Myrna, Moe etc) don't seem to do it, and i'm thinking it is because they are usually fixed in one spot (their market stall). this makes me think it's something connected to the environment, as though they are colliding with (or tripping on) something invisible as they move around. I also first noticed this after the Kyle&Riley incident, but idk if it's connected. let me ask you something tho, did you move the dead brother's body after the incident was over? because i decided to hand him to the live brother ("here ya go" :D) (don't judge me) (i'm a monster), in previous playthroughs i always just left him alone and never got this bug, so i wonder if that has something to do with it. also i see this post is from Jan, so if you have fixed it between then and now, please explain how? RipVanWinkleX
If it's the environment like the last poster said, then it's possible that the havok engine is nutty. Your not going past 60 fps are you?
