A good way to level up your Sneak and Bow skills.

Find a Giant camp, find a high spot a good 100 meters from the giants spot, preferably where there is a lot of terrain easy to hide.

While in sneak mode fire an arrow or two on the giant, when he start to turn, get away from where you stand, go hide behind a tree or a rock, you don't need to go very far, as when you hit a NPC mob while sneaking he will check the last area where you stood when attacking him, he will then go back.

Repeat the process, when the giant is death, do the same with the mammoths!

It works pretty well because it levels up sneak when you it the target while sneaking and once the eye closes again and that the mob din't detect you;

It levels up your marksmanship also, and if you have the Bound bow, you can also level up your Conjuration skill.

A good way to up your Conjuration skill, use reanimate on all the dead mobs you encounter/killed.

Also when using Bound weapons spells, you will not only level up your conjuration skill, but also the related skill;example, when using the Bound Sword, your one hand skill will also go up, its the same for the two others Bound weapons.

To rapidly up your Alteration Level you can use Detect life in a crowded city in the middle of the afternoon, use it while wearing Manaregen%+ items to be able to use it all the time.

For two handers users(or anything else actually) a good way to circumvent the fact that you lack armor rating because of the shield,is by using Armor spells, like Oak/Stone/Dragon flesh.

Also you can use cloak spells to maximise your damage output.

The best of the cloak spells is the Shock Cloak, because it drains ennemy's mana out, thus rending ennemy spellcasters less dangerous.

I killed a Necromancer on my return road trip to Whiterun after killing the Chief Bandit at the tower (can't recall the name, but on the way to Windhelm) for a bounty. Anyway, there was a pillar which could be activated, but I didn't.

Is it good or bad to activate it ... or it doesn't matter?

The twin towers with a bridge? The Necromancer Stone pillar I think. If you activate that you'll lose the blessing of the other pillar (The first three you encounter is Thief, Warrior and Mage pillars). The Necro stone gives you the ability to raise a corpse for once a day.

Actually, rather oddly, it raises every corpse around you for a time, not just one. Army of the undead lol

Companions have a bottomless supply of arrows. Give your companion only one of the best arrows you have and then loot the bodies of their targets to keep yourself stocked up. Using this technique I have been able to stock pile more than 100 Daedric arrows during normal adventuring.

Long bows, hunting bows and imperial bows do less damage than other bows in the game but have a higher fire rate. The fast but less powerful bow might be the better choice if you are using paralyze enchantments allowing you to put more arrows on target in a shorter period of time and increasing your chance to paralyze.

Become ethereal==Can jump off throat of world.

Shoot hawks with pacify or bow.

I shot a hawk in Solitude- just saw it and whipped off a shot that hit. Then as i'm looking at this dead hawk a woman walks up and says 'who would do such a thing?'.

Guilt much?

Most players have likely figured this out, but still. A good Fus-Ro-Dah! will instantly interrupt a dragon's breath whether in midair or on the ground.

And at lower levels, a torch in your off-hand is much better than a shield against spiders, undead and vampires if you're prone to bashing.

I collected about 300 daedric arrows in 30min. I went to the Thieve's guild, and pickpocketed everyone as they sleep. Removed all their arrows and gave them each 1 Daedric Arrow. When they go to the archery butts to practice, they typically shoot about 100 arrows into those things. I just go collect them. You can always use the guard in Whiterun balcony if your pickpocket is high enough to get the equipped items.
