ReverendFelix
I have an "s" in front of my attributes and such. My active effects don't show what they are on mouse over. Also, shows weird things during loading a game save. Like "loading (diseased 01 netch save 30435)", for example. BTW, I run many mods, and I'm on anthology version morrowind. Dragon32
That "s" is indicative of running a mod containing the "evil GMSTs". See here. I'd suggest running mlox, that may identify the mod. It'll also fix up your load order and highlight conflicts. The version of mlox in MGSO is years out of date. After running mlox and fixing the issues it identifies then please post your mod list here (ideally in load order from mlox) and the contents of your warnings.txt file. ReverendFelix
I am aware of the gmst's, and I use mlox. I will update my mlox and do as you suggest. Then I will post everything... Edited February 11, 2017 by ReverendFelix
AYLeiDRuiN
TesTool will be your cleaner for the GMSTs. I think Tes3cmd can do it also. If you Do use TesTool, Do Not Use the "Just Fix It" feature. =Causes more harm than good.
Oblivionaddicted
TESAME is very good to clean mods.
Dragon32
TESAME is very good to clean mods.If you know what you're doing. Many don't. It also won't clean out default AMBI and WHGT Cell settings (messes up any light-affecting mods you're running) or easily identify records accidentally marked as changed when making the plugin, so those records retain the vanilla values and overwrite earlier loading mods which intentionally change that record. ReverendFelix
Update... I have done most of the leg work towards fixes. I have limited time available so it takes me a bit. Yeah I learned the hard way about 'just fix it' with TEStool. I had to start everything over from a fresh install. I haven't used TESame yet, mostly enchanted editor and the construction set. I also thought to mention, ALL of my mods are manually installed. I use wyremash and a newly updated mlox for easement of handling 270+ mods (some are merged). I am wondering if I can fix the little 's' problem the gmst's caused, or if I'm stuck with it. Thank you for helping:)
Oblivionaddicted
You can easily cancel the modifications on GMST using TESAME.
Dragon32
If you've been editing mods yourself in the CS you could well have added the evil GMSTs then. See "GMST Vaccine" on that UESP page I linked for one method of preventing that. I'd say use either tes3cmd or TESTool to automagically clean your mod list. ReverendFelix
Ok, I'll have to look into TESAME and tes3cmd. I have used TEStool and enchanted editor for cleaning, but they didn't find every gmst. I'll use gmst vaccine from now on too! I also have another problem with cells being the wrong region. I.E. wandering in the Ashlands and cell loads as 'ascadian isles'. Its all over the place... Is this possibly a side effect of the evil gmst's?
