I think a mod that hides or removes quests that are radiant or uncompleteable. For example if Preston gives you a quest there should be a option to hide it so it does not appear on your pip boy or remove it so you don't have to do it. Also quests that you can't complete because the person is dead or it glitched out should also be hidable or deletable

I think that this is something that should automatically be in any game. If a quest can't be completed, then why should we have to continue to scroll through them when looking at/for other quests in the list. One example of a quest I would remove: the kid in the refrigerator quest is given. The person playing the game has the Eternal Warfare MOD going. The player gets to said refrigerator to find the kid with the quest marker over his head is exposed and dead. Well, because he can't talk to the kid and get the quest updated, he can no longer continue that quest. He wishes to delete it from his list of quests but can't. There is nothing he can do about it as he scrolls through looking for other quests in the list. I use Vortex to download MODs which, I believe, uses the Nexus MOD manager. I notice this request is about three years old and am wondering if I have missed it somewhere. Maybe because of the name?

Vortex IS a Mod Manager, it doesn't use Nexus Mod Manager.

There's a mod for that in Skyrim, "Hide Those Futile Quests". Maybe someone could take a look at that and sort of port it over.

There was a mod with the file name "Hide_Quests_From_Pipboy-26898-0-1.zip" that that I got from the Nexus back in 2017 that functioned perfectly. Can't find it now and when I tried to use the original file it wouldn't work.
