Want learn to mod

Hello again, i was seeing the skyrim mods and get very interested on how to mod, i'm already a developer, a web developer(programming language:php), but i want give a try on how to mod, i see some tutorials here in the forum, but i'm still confuse, is used some programming language? which? what i need to learn? from where i start? yeah, skyrim's creation kit uses the papyrus system, it has its own language and you can pick up the basics from http://www.creationkit.com/Category:Papyrus

the nice thing about the creation kit is that you don't need always to be fluent in Papyrus to make mods depending on what you're trying to do, because a lot of things are premade and you can just modify or use what already exists.

Also try using either a) My indexes or b) my utility to make your own indexes of the Skyrim Scripts. The wiki site is good at explaining certain things but I think knowing which scripts to look at for specific examples (rather than some of the wimpy 3 liners the wiki uses) is an awesome way to understand how to use a particular function, script object, or other.

Hmm...nice, and for example if i want to make new ores and ingots with custom colors, what i need know ?

my guess would be to edit the texture with a program (not sure what you would use just google it) then rename the item in the properties. Hope this helped!
