Temple Shrines don't work sometimes

I installed this mod to fix the 0 donation. Now, Temple Shrines (restore attributes) most of the time won't work. I'v cleaned all my mods and used wyre mash various function. I'm baffled as to how to fix it?

I uninstalled it and iv been having problems ever since. I've tried changing the temple shrine vars to no effect. I'll have a mod list posted soon.

Maybe do you have another mod editing the shrines as well.

 

To check it out keep Shrines - Restore Health and Cancel Options active and make a search for conflicts through TES Plugin conflict detector.

That mod wasn't working right from the start. So, I uninstalled it. Any ideas? I'll try the conflict detector as soon as possible.
