gnarly1
A fresh install would've probably been safer. I didn't say Papyrus would detect your CTDs. There isn't a tool that will tell you why your game is CTDing because there are so many possible reasons for a CTD (well maybe TES5Edit for mod incompatibilities). However, if you are not using that Papyrus mod I linked to above and you have a mod that requires it, your game may CTD. Apparently Safety Load can cause instability but if you are using SKSE with the memory patch, you don't need Safety Load, period.I recommend using ENBoost whether or nor you are using an ENB. Grospolina is correct - ENBoost is ENB with all the visual effects turned off. However, if you're not using an ENB preset, it's still advisable to run ENBoost. So there were some bad .nifs before - this is a common cause of CTDs. Perhaps there are some other bad .nifs...? VulcanTR
I have tested crash fixes and i haven't get ctd since 10 minutes (it is my record, believe me) and i will give report if i can play without ctd and if i can prove crash fixes realy did this. Thank you for your interest again. Edit: I was tested remove SafetyLoad but none of the interiors loads (if you are in outside, not loads interios) what do you think about it? Grospolina
ENBoost yesterday i have replaced it with my enblocal.ini but it disabled my enb and i have removed it. And i don't know why it disabled to use my enb.ENBoost is just ENB with visual effects turned off. If you already have an ENB, then you don't need it. Please post your enblocal.ini, Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini. I recommend installing Load Game CTD Fix. It fixes a race condition during load. willette8
I'm not sure if you'll manage to find the cause like this. Since you are using MO my best advice is to start a new profile and backup your saves.Start a new game then begin adding your mods a few at a time (you have a lot of mods, so maybe 5 at a time) and playing with them for a short while. When a CDT happens you'll know which mods you need to check. MO's profiles are super helpful for testing your mods without ruining the your previous load order. Deadly Combat Lite requires Modern Brawl Bug Fix, I know it doesn't have a .esp but I'm asking if you have it downloaded just in case. Also while Expanded Towns and Cities is an amazing mod, it caused A LOT of CTDs for me when I used it. Mostly when entering some of the cities. I'm not saying you should remove it, but when testing make sure you visit all the changed cities and villages to make sure you don't have any problems. VulcanTR
Yes sadly i know EtaC was causing problems for me (especially for the dawnstar) but i have used to it. I am always saving when i come to city areas but my pain is "random" ctd's. CTD when come close the town is not problem for me actually. At least i was knew it will happen and the reason. morogoth35
I have 500+ mods + ENB on oldrim and I almost never crash. I can play for days without crashing more than 1 time. I use ENBoost, Crashfixes, no crashing during load and good modding practices to make my game that stable.
Grospolina
Since you are using MO my best advice is to start a new profile and backup your saves.Start a new game then begin adding your mods a few at a time (you have a lot of mods, so maybe 5 at a time) and playing with them for a short while. When a CDT happens you'll know which mods you need to check. MO's profiles are super helpful for testing your mods without ruining the your previous load order. That's good advice. MO gives you the tools to help solve your problem. Disabling mods for testing is way easier than it is in NMM. Your Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini look fine except that they could use some tweaking, but of course it's better to solve the crashes before doing that. I recommend using BethINI to optimize your ini files later. For your enblocal.ini, I suggest these changes: [MEMORY] EnableCompression=true [ANTIALIASING] EnableTemporalAA=false [THREADS] DataSyncMode=0 PriorityMode=0 Memory compression helps save memory and prevent crashes. With your NVIDIA 1070 I doubt it will cause stuttering. Disabling temporal AA is up to you, but could help save some FPS. As for the Threads section, the values 2, 3 may work and be stable for some, but it causes crashes for some people and many advise using 0, 0 instead. Lastly, since you seem to have a few loot-related mods, you'll probably need a Bashed Patch. Otherwise, you might be missing some items. S.T.E.P. has a good guide for MO. You can ignore the stuff about meta rules since you're not using the mods that the rules affect (the Realistic Waters Two rule is in relation to Relighting Skyrim). Again, do this after solving the crashes. Edit: You're using Realistic Ragdolls and Force, but I don't see the required mods for it. You need to install XPMSE and FNIS, and then you'll need to run GenerateFNIS_for_Users.exe through MO. Here's S.T.E.P. with a handy guide again. Edit 2: I just remembered that Realistic Ragdolls and Force comes with its own skeleton mod. It's still not a bad idea to install XPMSE and FNIS though.
