MagneticN0rth
I'm sorry if this is off topic but I was google searching chainmail hoods to find a mod that allowed it and I came across this... http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/7443/83703203.jpg ...which in turn lead me here. Is this part of issgard and if so could you release a standalone version or send me the link to the download if it's available? This is exactly what I was searching for and want it like now... >.< lol!
maxx130
I like the High Hrothgar look as well as it makes sense that as time went by that they would add on to or build on top of whatever structures were there before.
Serindas
I've the same opinion of Maxx, High Hrothgar version is better.
Kraeten
High Hrothgar looks good, but I'd recommend retexturing it so that it matches the entrance. Or retexture the entrance so it matches the palace. Edited December 31, 2013 by Kraeten
WLionheart
I as well choose for the High Hrothgar version , it looks more ancient and gives more of an open feeling. I can't describe what I mean with it , but the HH version makes the King sort a "look over" the city while the modern walls shield him off from what's going on. The HH gives in my opinion a more strong and powerful feeling
Witcher5688
+1 for the High Hrothgar version, I like the ancient nord design more than the other version :D
rilax
I'd say HH but slightly retextured so it fits nice, together with the other buildings. The HH walls also look less bland then the ones used before but a bit more complicated. The first one is just a wall but the HH version has a window here, a sort of tower there and it still is a symmetrical wall. Nevertheless your mod looks awesome. Can't want to play it. GPM26
I have been following all your mods since Skyrim came out. This will blow every mod out of the water when its finished. Your work is great as always
PrometheusTS
In origins I wanted to make a special new custom version for it but I have really decided to shorten the time imitating the HH style , I hope it can fit well , I didn't like much the Windhelm style , the whiterun style I used for the more modern parts. Geronimo69
First I'd like to state how thrilled I am concerning this project. Truly a great vision and great work so far. I have a few Ideas, that might be helpful. To further embed the project into existing lore, it may be worth considering to transform the island into a more seperated archipelago. Each distinct culture (with their own totem) could be represented by an own island, which would present an explanation for the set of cultural diversity existing in the relatively small area of Issgard. The islands would be isolated from each other by the extreme climate of the setting, making contact between the islands only possible due to the excellent seafaring skills of the Issgardian people, that enables them to navigate the sea ice, maybe even only in specific seasons. For this reason Issgardian raids on the coasts of Tamriel could also be limited to specific seaons only. The nature of the Kingdom of Issgard would be more fractual, given the independence of the individual islands. The throne would be subject to frequent rebellions as the kingdom could only be effectively ruled by a dragonrider. ;)Additionally this would explain why Issgard is politically and culturally isolated from and therefore mostly irrelevant to the rest of Tamriel, apart from the seasonal raids.I do not know how difficult it would be to implement this at the current stage of the map, but i reckon it would make it possible to release it in parts e.g. via making certain parts of the archipelago inaccessible due to seasonal ice. That may or may not make things easier, but i think it would enhance the uniqueness of the project. Best wishes.
