What Can My Computer Handle?

I'm attempting to download and install, via NMM, some mods to increase my in game graphics. But I first want to know if my computer can handle it. I plan to download and install ENB, Realvision ENB, Static Mesh Improvement Mod(SMIM), Skyrim HD-2K Textures, Flora Overhaul, Pure Waters, Pure Waterfalls, Climates of Tamriel, and Enhanced Lights and FX. Do you think my computer will be able to handle all these mods on Ultra High Quality?

So these are my computer specs, or at least I think they are? I'm not very "computer savvy".

I had a similar setup to this before I upgraded the graphics card to a 1050. With only a 650 I could run a comfortable skyrim at 1366x768 with a High Quality setting and I stuck to 1k textures. Beyond that was a bit slow. You can probably tweak things more, but I personally didn't have the inclination.

Ok, so I can probably run the same setup, except using the Skyrim HD-2K Textures-FULL LITE version. That puts my graphics in order, I just have to install them correctly. I also plan on installing several script heavy mods, such as Frostfall. Are there any methods that I can use to increase my game performance, and are there any methods I can use to prevent possible crashes?

my graphics card is even older, so i can tell you my experience. 2k textures should be fine. i used something called 'optimizer textures' to manually resize anything that was just stupid like a 2k leaf or ring or something. resizing the normal maps to 1k often makes a huge difference in performance with hardly any loss in visuals. also you can get optimized vanilla textures that will help a lot.

be careful if you're resizing textures. read as much as you can before you do it and don't do your entire mod folder at once.

as for enb, i'd advise against it. if you carefully place a mix of texture resolutions, you can get away with it at a playable fps, at least i could on a 550ti... but i switched to sweetfx and skge and it's a good compromise without the 30-40 fps loss.

If I got you right and your video card is a GTX 650 than the 2k textures from Skyrim HD are your smallest Problem! With this card you better steer clear of everything that has ENB in its name. In general you should stay away from bigger graphic updates. I'm not even sure if you will run the unmodded game on ultra settings.
