Aoikani
Hi I'm not opposed to the new site design, but is there at least an option to use the old design? I have poor vision and this design stresses my eyes. Or can the new design provide a function to change the new design layout in some variance to assist those who are suffering from eye strain from the design? I've been using nexus before it was nexus many years ago and this new design stresses my eyes. Please. Edited December 1, 2017 by Aoikani
Mudran
Here is some constructive feedback....go back to the design that your customer base did not despise. You're not a customer and that's useless feedback. He didn't say he is... So only rich people can see what is good and what is not? So this site is now for such people only? IYIENACE
I rarely ever post, but wow do I really dislike the new layout. It's slower to find files and all these weeb files plastering the front page isn't something that interest me in the slightest.I would like t he option if nothing else to hide all these thumbnails or better a way to revert back. Nah, that's not what he meant. Not at all. He was just doing a callback to what the user originally said. See bold. ColdBlackCage
The new design is so bad that I have wholeheartedly stopped supporting this website. I have withdrawn my future contributions to the website, ontop of reactivating my AdBlock for the Nexus only. This redesign is non-functional and downright unnecessary, and I'll not support the Nexus if it continues to make decisions that reduce the utility of the overall website for its users. What "future contributions?" The mods you might have made? AdBlock for Nexus. Woo. $2 USD and you don't need it. You're getting that worked up about $2? Give me your paypal, I'll give you the $2 back myself.

They're not updating to be mean to the user base. The Internet goes forward and sites has to update along with it.

I'll preface this comment with, I don't really get involved with the tech aspect of the site, so I don't know what this Vortex thing is or the exact reasons behind the update, and yes, of course the net goes forward and all, but.... It seems like as far as the layout itself, they're just trying to 'fix what ain't broke' :/ I also kinda take issue with the other commenters saying 'well bye then' to the people who are saying they're not gonna use it anymore. I mean whether there was money involved or not, people obviously find the change annoying enough to deter them from coming to the site, and if there's this many in agreement about it being a change for the worse.....maybe people shouldn't just sneer and write them off? twowolves80
What money? He's not a paid member, didn't even pay for the service to turn off the ads, and yet, he's willing to say something like that? That's hypocritical, pure and simple. To threaten to not post mods you haven't even made makes that statement even more asinine.
