I have been unable to validate this, but if it is real I expect the situation will become very serious, very soon. Be sure to scroll down and look at the screenshots.

Amazing, an obvious use of oblivion assets.....this could get interesting.

Please keep us informed of further developments.

Wow...interesting read. Obviously it would be good to know whether this is actually legit or whether this is some sort of hoax. There seems to be a lack of an official seal on this at the moment.

Yes, I read such a story this morning and it seems a bit too pat at first glance. The screenshots are almost identical as if someone just stuck a few figures in an Oblivion setting. (Apologies, I'm not familiar with the technical terms.)

Looking at the evidence, it almost looks like the accused wanted to be caught red-handed. They didn't bother to disguise their larceny in any way. Since neither developer has given relevant statements, I'm inclined to remain as dubious as Dark0ne of the entire event.

This can't be for real, is verbatim copy. Seems someone is kidding with the HUD system.

Shall be the picture of stupidity any softhouse that thinks something so obvious would pass unperceived.

I saw this reported at The Escapist, after some more looking I found a review of the game a few months old here:

Amoung the screenshots was this room, looking awfully familliar to Anvil's Fighter's Guild:

Seems they have been taking other game's assets too:

I have no idea how they could even consider stealing such obvious assets, they really should know that nothing can escape the internets....

Quote from the developers:

"Limbo of the Lost is a project that has been molded and crafted for over ten years."

So obviously, it was Oblivion that stole the assets from them. People are getting this completely wrong.

Ah yes, they SAY that so they can steer clear of trouble...

I am interested in how this will unfold... Keep us posted.

I agree with Vagrant0. It seems that nowadays, the Oblivion modding community gets blamed for a lot of things. Tis unfortuneate.
