people i owe a kudo too but still can't figure it out (i'm not good with tech)

I have spent the last few hours trying to give these people a kudo point for their helpful comments and the ones that made me giggle i'm talking about FUNS and HeyYou

 

Now Thandal has told me how to give kudos "on the old layout go to the members 'profile page' and the button at the top right"

 

BUT since it not letting me go on thee old layout for some reason its me i'm defo missing something i need baby steps =D

 

So in the mean while here's a 'i o u' and virtual cookie plus a pint because BRITISH

I can't find the button for that on their forum profiles, but, it does exist on their Nexus profile.......

You don't really need to go to the old layout to give anyone kudos. I don't think one can even go to the old layout anymore, hence the confusion.

 

Just go to a member's profile page by clicking on their username.

On the left hand side, you'll find a button that says "Nexus Profile" in blue. That will lead you to their "Nexus sites" profile page. On that page you get a bunch of buttons on the right, including one that says "Give Kudos".

 

As an aside; one used to be able to give someone a kudos in the forums too, but that option has, sadly, disappeared. The above way is... the only way.

I made a baby step tutorial for you ( with picture )

 

STEP 1 :

 

Click on the person that you want to give Kudo to, either on their name or picture

 

 

STEP 2 :

 

It will take you to their Forum profile, next click on Nexus Profile

 

 

STEP 3 :

 

You are now at their Nexus profile, give them a Kudo button is on the top right cornor

 

 

Another important thing is the above option will only show on other user profile. It was made unavailable to the profile owner, Because you can't add yourself as a friend or give Kudo to yourself or block yourself...
