It's Kitty. :psyduck:

 

There's actually a story behind it though. 'Tis an ancient tradition going back to when I was like 7 years old and first picked up a NES controller, accidentally erased my cousin's Zelda game and saved over it with the name "Kitty". As this wasn't the only game of his to suffer this fate, he and his friends used it as fuel to create a wicked boss in their DnD sessions and lazertag fights - the vile Kitty, destroyer of save games and eater of worlds.

 

(We got a kick out of a certain boss in DAO because of this history. Oh, and my first Grey Warden was named Kitty too.)

Well I never put that much thought into the backstory of my characters. Names are based on my 3 play styles.

 

Valia: Good (tries to keep murders at 0)

Sura: Evil (kills the all... named after the girl from Spartacus Blood and Sand)

Thralia: Normal (given to me by the random name generator in Neverwinter Nights. I loved the name - Thralia Vilo at the time - and stuck with it)

How about weapon names? What do you all do about that? Lately I've been trying to make up dragon-language names for mine when I enchant my final set. The ones I have for my Khajiit dual-axe warrior are:

Definitely like Vedstrun for a bow. But I like Silbanhlok more for an axe, it's got a real sharpness to it, and the syllables are a bit like the noise of the swing-impact-body hits the floor :D

 

It may be a terrible old film, but every item I enchant with Soul Trap ends up with "Quickener" somewhere in it's name in honour of Highlander.

Haha, mine are incredibly cheesy, but make me grin all the same. Especially when one of my followers uses them to clobber bad guys.

I usually name weapons for who is gonna be using them

Friend of Vilkas - Legendary Skyforge Steel Greatsword with silent moons enchant on it, used only by Vilkas.

Kitty's Friend - Legendary Ebony Bow with Shock damage on it, used only by Kitty. (Though she uses the Kalina Ann listed below more now.)

Friend of Farkas - Legendary Skyforge Steel Sword with silent moons enchant on it, used only by Farkas.

Ulfric's Friend - Legendary Ebony War Axe with fire damage on it, used only by Ulfric.

Kalina Ann - Un-upgradable Dwarven Bow with really nice fire damage on it. Its an "easter egg" found in my Windhelm Escape Shaft mod. Dunno if folk can figure out what its a reference to or not. Either way, Kitty uses this more right now even though her Friend does more damage. :P

 

I have a similar naming conventions for jewelry enchantments. For example, "From Kitty with Love" is a two-handed weapon booster amulet Kitty made for her darling Vilkas and "A gift from Kitty" is a one-handed weapon booster ring given to Calder.
