Crashing a lot (please help!)

I run Skyrim fine and dandy, its all good n game but the moment I open a door I crash and open up my crash logs in my Skse custom plugins folder and it shows me this: 0x7598136D

 

I don't know what this is and google doesn't have any solutions, please help! I don't wanna have to quit, like what I did with New Vegas..

Installed Memory: 4.00 GB (3.90 GB Usable)

System type is 64 bit

 

As for my skyrim settings I set it on medium and im currently running 86 active Mods

Intel graphics? That is at the very least, a significant contributor to the problem. You don't even meet minimum specs for the video.... You really need a discrete graphics card..... not the integrated intel potato.

Intel graphics? That is at the very least, a significant contributor to the problem. You don't even meet minimum specs for the video.... You really need a discrete graphics card..... not the integrated intel potato.

 

 

Yeah, I dont have alot of money to buy for a high end graphics card, but the game does run very well should I set my settings to low for my skyrim then?

When using spoiler tags you need to close them with

Your computer crashes because of lack of memory. Your system has 4GB of memory of which you graphics chip (the Intel Integrated Graphics) takes away a maximum of 1.6GB which leaves nothing for the game to run on since your operaring system needs around 2.5GB of RAM to run properly.

 

In other words, you have 1.5GB of memory left for a game that needs between 3 and 6GB in 1080p, depending on texture mods you have...

 

The crashes occur when the game needs to load an entire cell (like when you go from an interior to outside) and runs out of memory and goes belly-up.
