butcherbrutus Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 I think the notifications should always be there, but every time an action is completed or started it opens the entire notifications list... I mean you have a bell with bright red bubble counting how many notifications there are, you can obviously open it to view the notifications list when necessary. but I find myself clicking 3 times extra just to instal a mod or navigate through the window. Nothing bugs me more than intrusive and unnecessarily tedious UI.I say this with the greatest respect to those who have provided us with such a magnificent tool.... Nexus has came a LONG way.the notifications bell should just continue counting notifications and only open when the user clicks on it, or add a feature to disable/enable the auto opening of the notifications list when a new one is added. or even give a *ding* when a new one is added.To me, it does not make sense to punish the vast plethora of experienced mod users because a few of them may be incompetent.
